Bannister KIA and specifically Owen were a pleasure to deal with. It was the first dealership to acknowledge that I was the one looking to purchase and asked me what I wanted instead of deferring to my husband who was with me. Owen made sure the vehicle I was there to see was clean and ready for a test drive. If he didn’t know an answer to a question he said let me find the info while you’re out test driving. Upon return he was able to answer questions. Once the decision was made to purchase the rest of the team from finance to insurance got us done and on our way same day even though it was a long weekend. Even though the car was already immaculate it was given another quick wash and the gas tank filled. Highly recommend manager Rudy and his team at Bannister KIA to get you on the road in exactly what you’re looking for.

Everyone was friendly, courteous, helpful and informative

Long story short, I moved to Chilliwack a month ago and had no clue my neighbour (Sierra) worked at Bannister Kia until she complimented my Seltos black badge (plastic dip job), saying all their cars should have the same look. We're not fans of chrome! I asked if she worked at Kia because I needed to book maintenance. Bingo! Not only did she work there, but she also sent an email to the shop team asking them to contact me and book the appointment right away. They called me the next day, and I had my car serviced. What a customer service experience. I 100% recommend it!

Sales person Sierra was fantastic! Personable and trust worthy. Did her Friday updates like clockwork to let us know she was doing her best to shorten the wait time. Will definitely be seeking her out when we are on the hunt again.

Well, I don’t know what happened or even how it happened, but we bought a Sportage and absolutely love it. I walked in and wanted to trade in my Pontiac aztek to get into a newer ride that suited me and my best interests. Nathaniel brought out the first car for me to look at, I test drove it, we worked out some numbers and did up the paperwork. It was a done deal and two days later I recieved my newer car. The entire team at Bannister Kia was very helpful and friendly! I was ready to upgrade from the compact car I bought when I was 19 and they happened to have exactly what I was looking for. Nathaniel was my salesman and he was very friendly and personable. I was deciding between two vehicles (one at a different dealership and theirs) and I didn't feel pressured at all by him to purchase from them. He helped me understand the differences between the two vehicles and gave some advice on things I should be looking for because I had no idea. He was very patient with me while I made my decision. I ended up falling in love with the one they showed me and decided it was the better option for me. Once I made my decision the rest went pretty quick! I got a great trade in value for my car and a great price on the vehicle I purchased. Would definitely return and highly recommend Bannister Kia Chilliwack!

I had an amazing experience with Bannister Kia in Chilliwack. I got a brand new 2024 Sportage EX. Sierra was my sales person and she was phenomenal. Lindsay was my finance person and again…amazing!! My service was quick (I was on a time crunch), but nothing was missed.I am speaking from personal experience…my interactions when I went to a different Kia and spoke to a different salesman were polar opposite. The ‘other’ Kia made me feel unintelligent and dismissed my questions. This ‘other’ Kia (one town over) lost my service for good, despite actually living in the same town. I won’t get anything done to my new car there. Being taken seriously as a woman when buying a car isn’t as easy as it should be.I got a great deal on my trade in, and an equally great deal on my new car at Bannister Kia in Chilliwack.Seriously, I can’t say enough good things about this entire experience! I still get texts from my saleswoman asking how everything is going with my car. I would most definitely recommend this dealership..and KIA!

My experience retrieving my EV6 at the dealership was great; the staff was very helpful, kind, and professional; the salesperson was waiting for me and had everything ready. I really felt like a valued customer. However, this nice experience turned into a pretty big disappointment and deceit when I realized that a misunderstanding while signing the deal left me with the wrong type of loan... Nevertheless, when I made them aware of the problem, Nolan, the general manager, was extremely helpful and professional; he did everything to correct the problem promptly and even reimbursed some expenses that had occurred because of this. I can only admire and praise their great care for their customers and their professionalism, 5 stars!
