We are older seniors and he made our experience easy to understand. He explained everything slowly and made sure that we understood.We would 100% recommend Bannister Kia Chilliwack. Well, I needed to trade in my 2003 Subaru for something with less issues, and to build my credit up. So I leased a 2013 Ford Focus from KIA, for a fairly low payment. Along with other actions, I built up my credit in a short time with that lease..Down the road six months & the Sales Manager Liam, tells me he has the perfect vehicle for me. Since he knew exactly what I wanted down the road, after the Ford built up my credit. I still doubted him since I told him: I need a Sporty looking, very fuel efficient, but powerful AWD, for rugged mountain terrain that can handle heavy snow and brutal gravel roads, basically go anywhere in the mountains, in any weather with the power and Drive system to back it up... plus so so many other must haves, the list was quite rediculous actually, i never thought it'd exist. But ✋️ to God this man did it and it has/does waaay more than i asked for.Not only did he find the perfect SUV "For Me", he went outside his own dealership and brand to do it. That's a man who's customer oriented and pays attention to the person, not just what they say because he chose things i hadn't even thought of but love.. Because of my personality and endless list, he chose for me a 2022 Chevy TrailBlazer RS. It's more than perfect, and it's now parked in my driveway. Late last year the main bearing in my Kia Optima went and the engine needed to be replaced. I had heard and known about the issues and recalls with the GDI engines so I brought it in for the service department to have a look at. They were extremely courteous and helpful right from the start and throughout the whole process advising me along the way. Things started off slowly but once the car made it into the shop things moved quickly. Once they ran a few tests they quickly confirmed that my car qualified for the warranty recall replacement. Before they even informed me of there findings they had ordered a new engine and made arrangements to get me into a rental car. Within a couple of days I was in the rental car (my schedule delay not theirs). Within a few weeks the new engine was in, they completed any and all open warranty and recall work, even ones I was unaware of. I cant thank Sandra and her team of Red Seal mechanics enough for all their hard work and professionalism throughout. Oh and I almost forgot to mention, they only charged me half of the original diagnostic service charges and said the other half was absorbed into the warranty claim submitted to Kia Canada.Thank you again Sandra and Bannister Kia!! You have earned a new customer and I know where I will be purchasing my next vehicle from!

THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Good service is hard to come by these days, but this dealership nailed it! Honestly, I don’t think these folks could make investing in a vehicle any more comfortable and easy. I was very nervous to make a purchase, after 2 really bad (private sale) purchasing experiences prior, and Sierra, Leanne and Nolan all helped me work through that, and even made it fun! I really loved how straightforward the process was, with no hidden anything, and truly I felt my best interests were the top priority, not just getting my business. Everyone I spoke with over the phone, or encountered in person was very friendly and professional.

Did I mention how much I love my car by the way?? I bought a used Dodge Journey and couldn’t be happier! They added extra fun touches like a Starbucks waiting for me when I arrived, a red bow on my car, and a little extra gas in the tank for my 4 hr drive home to the interior. Yes, this business is worth a 4 hour drive to get your car.
